More about the Rooster deployment project
Over the course of just three months, our team successfully delivered a transformative project aimed at streamlining the interview scheduling process for a global recruiting organization.
The journey began with a focused planning phase, followed by a series of collaborative workshops designed to define the expected behavior of the Interview Schedule Link tool for various candidate populations. These workshops enabled us to gather detailed requirements and ensure the tool would meet the diverse needs of recruiters and hiring managers across the organization.
A key component of the project was the delivery of communication templates used throughout the candidate review journey—covering steps such as interview suggestions, confirmations, and reminders. In total, we produced and configured over 100 messages in multiple languages, ensuring consistent and localized communication worldwide.
Once the configuration was completed, the team moved into a thorough testing phase. Recruiters from all business areas and geographies played an active role in validation and change management activities, helping to prepare for a smooth transition and user adoption.
Exactly three months after kick-off, the system was launched globally—permanently transforming how recruiters engage with candidates. The new scheduling experience not only improved candidate interactions but also significantly reduced the manual effort required to coordinate interview times.
