Key responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze and understand the customer’s business requirements at all stages of the project;
  • Guide the customer through design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices;
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand report/data requirements and ensure results meet the business needs;
  • Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, etc) utilizing Workday Report Writer;
  • Good understanding of complex calculated fields, security policies and other Workday objects;
  • Act as an escalation point for troubleshooting Workday reporting queries/issues within the team;
  • Can perform knowledge transfer and perform documentation for the client;
  • Maintan awerness of current trends and best practices in Workday Reporting.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal;
  • 2+ years experience in Workday implementation HCM report writing/calc fields (includes creating dashboards in Workday) required;
  • Ability to offer solutions for complex processes/security, requiring in-depth expertise in Workday;
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint (creating graphics, charts);
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
  • Knowledge in Workday dashboard, BIRT report writing and Report design is a plus.
