Summary of Position:

• You are the first point of contact regarding the open position to be filled.
• Responsible for the entire recruiting process from A to Z.
• You ensure an unforgettable candidate experience by closely supporting the candidates.
• You acquire talents by finding and addressing suitable candidates and accompanying the entire selection process in terms of organization and content.
• You take responsibility in the area of recruiting (coordination of interview, applicant correspondence, active sourcing, etc.)
• Create and publish job advertisements  on Job Boards and social media
• Coordinate background and reference checks

Skills:

• Experienced recruiter from an inhouse Talent Acquisition team or a technical recruiter within an agency
• Familiar with HR or IT related candidate search (duplicate, see below)A proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• A proven ability to work independently and within a team, including working in a multi-disciplinary function.
• Good communication skills verbal and written
• Fluent English & German language skills
