Key responsibilities:

  • Assisted and trained by our Senior Consultants, you will learn to perform advanced troubleshooting and deployed configuration changes in Workday (Support HCM areas in Workday, including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Recruitment and Learning);
  • Prepare Talent & Learning campaign launch including business process testing & data loads (EIBs);
  • Perform key users training. Over time, responsible for complex end user support and document FAQs;
  • Assisted by our Senior Consultants, you will learn to build and/or adjust existing Workday Reports and Dashboard.
  • Learn to adjust other system configurations and prepare prototypes according to customer requirements;
  • Test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday (following review and change process);
  • Maintaining of the master data in the system (Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, Locations etc.)
  • Mid-Term, become a Senior Workday consultant with deep understanding of Workday HCM configuration;
  • Performs other HRIS duties as assigned or needed to meet clients’ needs.

 

Requirements:

  • +1 years of experience dealing with Workday HCM user support;
  • +2 years experience as a Workday user;
  • 2-3 years working in Corporate HR Functions;
  • MS Excel Advanced level expected;
  • Good understanding of Workday Security, Business Processes;
  • Good understanding of HR Operations, Employee & organization data management
  • Prior experience working in People Development as Talent management, Goals/Performance Reviews, Learning is a plus;
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal;
  • Good command of another European language will be considered a plus;
  • Ideally have EIB Experience: Preparing data, load/validation, troubleshooting;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Position Remote 90% (WFH), 1 to 2 onsite customer workshop meetings.
